I ship First-Class with your jewelry in a plastic zip-bag, a bit of tissue, small sturdy box for fragile pieces, and a small gift tag. Priority or Express shipping can be requested for an additional cost which I will calculate upon the request. Generally, items shipped First Class will arrive within five days, but that's not in any way a guarantee, especially during busy holiday times.
INTERNATIONAL: I also ship First Class internationally. Arrival times vary much more outside the US; varying from 10 to 25 days or maybe more if your package gets held up at customs. Priority and Express also available, contact me for details.
If you receive an uninsured package that has been damaged or the items are broken or missing, let me know as soon as possible and I will work with you to find a solution. Please do this before leaving feedback, as that is the sign of a completed transaction and I will assume you do not have any issues to resolve after this.
US customers: If your package has not arrived after 10 business days of being shipped, please let me know. I know it's hard to wait, but sometimes packages decide to take the 'long way around' and usually turn up later.
International customers: If your package has not arrived after 45 days (First Class), contact me and I will try to locate it. Sometimes things get held up in customs and the buyer needs to go pick it up. If the package cannot be located after 60 days, I will do my best to replace the lost items or issue a refund.
*Please note that I can only get to the post office about twice per week. I usually try to get there more often but I live on the outskirts of town so it is relatively far away. I check the 'shipped' box when I have your items packed and ready to leave so I can stay better organized, but this does not necessarily mean that your items have been taken to the PO that day. Please contact me with any concerns or if you are needing your items rushed, I am happy to accommodate these requests.
